Blood tests show what is happening inside your body right now. At BiohaQ, the panel is chosen individually by a physician, based on your profile and goals, and tracks the systems that influence how you age.

What the panel can track

• Glucose metabolism – blood glucose, insulin, glycated haemoglobin, insulin resistance.
• Advanced cardiovascular profile – beyond standard cholesterol, markers such as ApoB and Lp(a).
• Chronic inflammation – high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, homocysteine.
• Organ function – liver, kidneys, thyroid.
• Hormonal balance.
• Vitamins and minerals – vitamin D, B12, iron, magnesium and others.

Tests are not interpreted in isolation. The physician correlates them with your body composition (InBody 770), cardiorespiratory fitness (VO₂ max) and history, to create a personalised plan.

Cost and existing test results

The cost of the tests is paid separately from the programme and depends on the recommended panel; it is communicated to you before the sample is taken. If you have recent test results, you can bring them, in which case you do not pay for them separately.

Test results are interpreted by a physician in a clinical context. The assessment does not replace specialist investigations when these are needed.
