BIOHAQ BODY MAP COMPOSITION

Body composition analysis • Metabolic health • Longevity

Know your body beyond the numbers on the scale.

Weight doesn't tell the whole story. Discover what your body is made of and what you can do to optimise your health.

Two people with the same weight and the same body mass index (BMI) can have completely different body compositions.

One may have well-developed muscle mass and a low body fat percentage. The other may have insufficient muscle mass and excess visceral fat, even though the weight shown on the scale is considered normal.

BiohaQ BODY MAP combines advanced body composition assessment with the InBody 770 and interpretation of the results by a specialist physician.

We analyse not just the numbers, but also their context: your age, medical history, lifestyle, metabolic characteristics and personal goals.

The result? A clearer picture of your body and a personalised plan for health, performance and longevity.

What does the InBody 770 analysis reveal?

1. Muscle mass – The foundation of strength and functional longevity

Muscle mass plays an essential role in metabolism, mobility, strength and maintaining physical independence as you age.

The assessment allows:

  • Estimation of skeletal muscle mass.
  • Analysis of muscle distribution across body segments.
  • Identification of possible imbalances between limbs.
  • Tracking of changes in muscle mass over time.

Maintaining muscle mass and function is one of the important components of healthy ageing.

2. Body fat and visceral fat – Beyond physical appearance

It is not only the amount of fat that matters, but also how it is distributed.

The InBody 770 allows estimation of:

  • Total body fat percentage.
  • Fat mass.
  • Estimated visceral fat level.
  • Fat distribution across body segments.

Excess visceral fat is associated with an increased risk of insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

3. Body hydration – The body's fluid balance

Water is an essential component of the body, influencing cellular function and metabolic processes.

The assessment provides information on:

  • Total body water.
  • Intracellular and extracellular water.
  • The ratio between body water compartments.
  • Possible changes in fluid distribution.

These results are interpreted in a clinical context and do not replace a medical assessment of hydration status.

4. Basal metabolic rate – Estimated energy requirement

The InBody 770 provides an estimate of your basal metabolic rate, which represents the energy your body needs to maintain vital functions at rest.

This information can contribute to developing nutritional recommendations, together with an assessment of physical activity and individual goals.

5. Phase angle – An indicator of cellular status

Phase angle is a bioelectrical parameter derived from impedance measurements.

It is studied in relation to nutritional status, body cell mass and certain clinical outcomes.

Its interpretation depends on age, sex, body composition and medical context, and on its own it is not a direct measure of cellular health.

Why does medical interpretation matter?

Because the same numbers can mean different things from one person to another.

An InBody 770 assessment generates numerous parameters, but interpreting them correctly requires an understanding of the individual context.

At BiohaQ, the physician correlates the results with your medical history, age, lifestyle and goals.

This approach can highlight:

  • Excess visceral fat, including in people with an apparently normal weight.
  • Low muscle mass, which may require further assessment of muscle strength and function.
  • Uneven muscle distribution, relevant for adapting your training.
  • Changes in body water compartments, which may require further clinical interpretation.
  • Changes in body composition associated with ageing, a sedentary lifestyle or other individual factors.

The goal is not just to identify values outside the reference ranges, but to understand what they mean for your health.

More than a scan. A plan for your health.

At BiohaQ, we don't stop at measuring weight or body fat percentage.

We analyse your body composition, interpret the results in a medical context and turn them into concrete recommendations for your health and functional capacity.

Because longevity is not only about how many years you live, but also about how well your body functions throughout your life.

BiohaQ BODY MAP

Know your body. Optimise your health. Invest in your healthy longevity.

The InBody 770 analysis uses bioelectrical impedance and provides estimates of body composition. Results may be influenced by hydration, food intake, physical activity and other measurement conditions. The assessment does not replace medical diagnosis or further investigations when these are needed.
